|Recommended: NoIt's An Ok Place — It's an ok place to live, I guess. Don't like the dumpster being right next to my apartment which makes it look really trash. They charge for pest control but no one has been to my apartment to spray so I have ants everywhere. Doors don't close all the way they rub on the floor. Toilet upstairs, you have to shake the handle, or the water will keep running. Dumpster seems to be always full and old furniture tenants throw out are just left out. Was supposed to be 1100 rent but haven't paid that since I moved in because they keep raising the rent by adding all kinds of fees. April I paid 1170, May 1221 and now June they want to charge me 1343.16. Ridiculous. It's not worth it.
