|Recommended: NoThese apartments are overpriced. My grandma has lived here since October. Yard maintenance is minimal. There is always dog poop all over the yards because there's no enforcement to pick it up. You can expect to hear music blasting from car speakers in the parking lot at all hours of the night. I stayed over and as I was leaving my car to walk to get door, I was approached by a man in the middle of the night that came from the creek area. Designated parking was about the only good thing, but she has had to call about her parking spot being occupied multiple times and the office just says to wait 24 hours.

|Recommended: NoI had a really bad experience on maintenance they have fix the stove 3 times know at the first time was working well after they fix it for the first time never works properly again and the last time the who came to fix it he left a tool inside the stove and makes a lot of smog he can make a fire let it that tool inside but he said it was our fault because we used our stove over heat it doesn’t make sentences know we have to cook our food on low heat wich is mean we have to wait for our food very long time and if we used stove over heat they will charge us again for repair so sad they charge me 100 dollars for nothing and it’s hard works to Make 100 dollars and they charged easily that money no fair so bad experience

|Recommended: NoThe new owners at this complex need to fire everyone they brought with them from Louisville or send them back to where they came from From the call center reps to the actual office people this place is horrible first off they tell you if you have bad credit or no credit they have a deposit alternative you pay 500 dollars down they kept it instead of the 3 thousand dollar deposit you would have if your credit is less then perfect well that’s a lie you have to have at least a 590 to even use the. Deposit alternative then in person they act all friendly like they really want to rent to you once they take days to get all of your reports back reports that took New Albany only hours to get back they then start adding up the money they require from you almost 4K dollars with a good rental history no bank issues with chapter 7 or 13 no felony’s had job 10y and provided proof of more than sufficient income never been evicted was charged 4xs App fees hung up on and treated like a dog by Alll

|Recommended: YesExtras To Know — Overall, I do enjoy living here. I would recommend it to friends however, I feel that the staff should make the attendance aware upon signing the lease that they have to pay to get their mail key and they must go to the post office to do so.
